• Maximum determined delivery duration for the products that are ready to print is three days and for the new ones 10 days. These are strictly carried out.
• Customer can find drawees on the line every time.
• Customer advices and complaints are taken into account in a detailed way, corrective activities are started fastly,and for not proceeding with the same complaints neseccery actions are put into action.
