The main purpose of the recruitment process is to choose the right individual for the right job In line with the Cultural Principles of our company, Choosing the right person for the right job and hiring candidates who meet the requirements of the position.
The Recruitment Process starts with the publication of the job announcement and continues with the examination of the applications and the sequential interviews. The reference check for the candidate to be offered a job results in the wage determination study and the submission of a written job offer. Employees who are recruited or left the job are notified to the whole group in writing.
At the end of our evaluations, feedback is given to the candidates. All applications made to our company are evaluated by considering fairness and equal opportunity within the scope of the confidentiality principle.
SPS Label plans and actualizes that its employees receive the necessary training to support their individual development. Training activities are carried out in accordance with the SPS Label Training Procedure and the Annual Training Plan.
The training process starts with the employee from the day they are hired and throughout the entire working period continues.
